With over 15 years of experience in talent development and organizational transformation, Justin Phalichanh brings a deep, cross-industry perspective to every coaching engagement. His career spans roles in higher education, corporate learning, and global organizations—including contributions at Brandeis University, Apple, Safeway and leadership roles in talent development at KINESSO and IPG Mediabrands. Across each chapter, Justin’s work has been anchored in helping people uncover their brilliance—and lead from it.

As the Co-founder and Head of Talent Enablement & Coach of Bring Brilliance, Justin partners with leaders and teams at pivotal moments of growth, change, and decision. Known for his calm presence and strategic insight, he creates a trusted space where reflection leads to clarity, and clarity leads to action.
