Hello from Sean & Justin!

Hi friends,

We’re so excited to share some big news… After months of dreaming, planning, and building, we’ve officially launched Bring Brilliance

We first crossed paths back in 2017 when we worked together at the same company. Both of us came from teaching and education before moving into corporate learning and development, so we shared a natural passion for helping people grow. Since then, we’ve built a friendship grounded in respect and admiration for each other’s unique strengths and skills. That foundation became the spark for something bigger…

Fast forward to today: we’ve turned that friendship into a partnership, and that partnership into Bring Brilliance. We’re stoked about the possibilities ahead and the impact we can make together.

And here’s where you come in…. your support means the world to us! The biggest way you can help us shine is through referrals. If you know anyone, whether an individual or an organization, who’s looking for help with training, learning solutions, or coaching services, we’d be so grateful if you’d think of us and pass along our name. We wrote about why our work matters on our blog; we’ll be updating that regularly.

We’re building this business one relationship at a time, and your voice is the most powerful way to help us grow. Thank you for cheering us on, believing in us, and sharing in this new chapter. Now go check out the rest of the site and let us know what you think! 🙂

With gratitude,

Sean & Justin
